Donna and Ayanna are the best office managers I’ve encountered anywhere. They are attentive, kind, and always address my concerns with a positive attitude that I really appreciate. The complex itself is well kept, clean, quiet, and in a great location.”

“Their idea of move-in ready is not the same as mine. It looks like the previous tenants took out their frustration on the apartment and refrigerator, obvious dents & dings, looks like maintenance painted over the dust/dirt and did a rushed job (glued vinyl was still wet and sticky in spots in the bathroom, a broken set of blinds, and not well cleaned. I was disappointed and expected more for the amount of money we’re paying. In my opinion, they should credit us $47.43 (pro-rated rent of $44.16 Rent, $1.30 Pet, $1.97 Additional Monthly Fees) since it was not ready for us to move in. “We have lived here for 3 years and we will probably never leave. The office staff (Donna, Alyssa, and Sam) always seem to drop whatever they are doing to be helpful to residents. They are WONDERFUL! The maintenance guys (David, Kevin, and Seth) are the absolute best. Anytime we have something that needs attention, they are always quick to respond and the problem gets solved. Our location is phenomenal. Everything that we need is within a mile or so. That includes groceries, gas, pharmacy, and restaurants. I cannot imagine that better apartment living exists anywhere in Norman.”

“I don’t live here but I’m using my husband’s Google account to write a review. I recently took care of a patient that needed to move from an Anatole upstairs apartment to a downstairs apartment for medical/safety reasons. Donna made the move happen along with her great team while the resident was briefly under my facilities care. Donna and team delivered items to my patient at my facility, cleaned the residents old apartment, did the residents laundry and moved all personal belongings and furniture too the new apartment.
